Every project we bring to investors in one we have already committed our own capital and reputation to.
Our track record speaks plainly: completed projects, and active rental portfolio, and projects currently underway in Millburn, New Providence and Scotch Plains. When we pitch a deal we have done the due diligence and stress-tested the exit before we bring a partner to the table.

Our most recent offering , in Millburn, illustrates how we structure opportunities. The project involves a mixed-use building being converted into six premium residential condominiums and a commercial storefront. Total project cost is $2,500,000.
Investors in this project hold a recorded second mortgage lien on the property, a defined equity stake in the holding entity, and a structured 40% share of post-sale profits after return of capital. The timeline to full sale is projected at 15 months.
While each MJB project is different, they are structured with the same discipline: clear use of proceeds, defined exit, legal security, and an operator who has done this before.
